The Jansen Region is a vibrant and diverse area that includes communities of all shapes and sizes – hamlets, villages, towns, special service areas, and a city. Each of these communities requires housing in some form, which is why having a rental housing dashboard is so important for the region.

Only urban municipalities will be participating in the dashboard’s creation due to time and cost constraints. Future data collection may involve rural municipalities and indigenous communities.

Did you know there are over 13,000 private dwellings in the Jansen region?

We’re on a mission to identify all the rental housing units in the region in the following communities:

City – Humboldt

Towns – Colonsay, Govan, Imperial, Lanigan, LeRoy, Naicam, Nokomis, Raymore, Wadena, Watrous, Watson, and Wynyard.

Villages – Annaheim, Drake, Elfros, Englefeld, Jansen, Lake Lenore, Muenster, Plunkett, Punnichy, Quill Lake, Semans, Simpson, Spalding, St. Gregor, Viscount, and the Resort Village of Manitou Beach.

Hamlet – Wishart
